MEDI - SUDOKU - how to play

It is like normal sudoku - instead of numbers 1 to 9 we have 9 diseases and for each disease we have 9 terms which you will use to fill up the squares with.
It is suggested that in a team, one person try to finish the sudoku - for this give an arbitrary number from 1 to 9 to the 9 diseases and complete the sudoku using numbers - meanwhile other person will unscramble the jumbled words into 9 groups - one group of 9 terms for each number.
at the end just fill up the squares.

An example of 4x4 sudoku is given here - fill up with
warfarin; bleeding gums & petechiae; present in lemons; related to rhodopsin;
related to Calcium; factors 2,7,9,10; keratomalacia; prothrombin time;
pigeon chest; bossing of skull; for blood coagulation; collagen & capillary fragility

	Rickets

so obviously, this sudoku is based on 4 vitamins - A, D, C, K.
it is suggested to group the terms under each vitamin
A - (precursor in carrots, night blindness), related to rhodopsin. keratomalacia
C - (scurvy) bleeding gums & petechiae; present in lemons; collagen capillary fragility
D - (rickets) related to calcium; pigeon chest; bossing of skulls
K - warfarin; factors 2,7,9, 10; prothrombin time; for blood coagulation

now you can substitute nuimbers for vitamins - 1,2,3,4 for above vitamins given in the squares -
i.e. A, D, C, (not given no. 4 is K)

A grid of 6x6 table would be there - it has to be filled by 36 phrases - related to 6 alphabetically arranged Obstetric disorders - 6 for each disorder - they have to be placed in such a way that the same disorder is not repeated in any one column or row - clues are given in the form of a mark for adjacent boxes.
A numerical example is given below for understanding - an easy 4x4 example is given below -

The connecting marks > <

mean that the adjoining numbers are consecutive ; no mark means they are not consecutive / adjacent numbers.
so the worked out solution for above puzzle is

Andhra Medical College is celebrating its College Foundation Day on July 19^th 2017 Wednesday, by conducting inter-collegiate academic competitions in various disciplines.

Competitions in various formats will be conducted by different departments of the college and prizes will be distributed at a ceremony later on that day. A tentative schedule is given below – the closing ceremony will be held at AMCOSA Hall, near Zilla Parishad. Students are encouraged to keep in touch with their respective faculty members (nos. given below).

Students can submit their names & register online by sending an email to amcvizag@gmail.com – latest by 17^th July 2017 6PM – (all names to be confirmed in the common letter by the college Principal.)

All colleges must send a common letter with the students, that they are all bona fide students or interns.

No TA / DA will be paid. Students have to make their own travel and accommodation and food arrangements.

Only snacks & tea will be provided.

No entry / participation fee.
